Terms & conditions
Initial telephone conversation
A first telephone consultation of around twenty minutes, free of charge, gives you the opportunity to discuss how I might be able to support you, what type of session, potential number of sessions.
Sessions
These are usually paid for session by session, either in-person or online. A deposit secures your appointment date and time, and you will receive confirmation by text or email, whichever you prefer.
If we agree a ‘package’ approach payment will be upfront, to receive a discounted rate over a number of sessions. This is an entirely individual process and agreement, for individual discussion depending on your needs.
I have a three day cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment I require three full working days notice. If this is respected I will transfer the deposit/payment to another session.
If the session is cancelled for a second time I will retain the payment.
If I do not receive the three working days notice I will retain the deposit.
If I have to cancel a session I will offer a full refund of the deposit/payment, or transfer this payment to another session, whichever you prefer.
Day and evening events
For one-of day and evening events full payment will be required in advance.
If you cancel or do not attend no refund will be made.
If I cancel I will provide a full refund or transfer the payment to a comparable event within three months, whichever you prefer.
Weekend workshops
A 50% non-refundable deposit will secure your place.
The remainder is payable one week before the workshop. Non-payment within this timescale means your place is not secured, and will be opened up to new applicants/those on the reserve list.
If I cancel a workshop I will provide a full refund or transfer the payment to a comparable workshop within six months, whichever you prefer.
Online events and programmes
Full payment in advance will secure your place.
No refunds will be available.
If I cancel the event or programme I will provide a full refund or transfer the payment to a comparable event or programme within six months, whichever you prefer.
